Shipping and Return Policy
**Important Update regarding COVID19 / Corona Virus as of 24.03.2020
We continue to receive and ship orders within Switzerland and Liechtenstein free of charge with delivery times around 3 days.
We continue to use Swiss Post for our deliveries. Our standard shipping rates apply.
Shipments to following countries are possible but delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Unfortunately it's not possible to deliver against signature (a method we usually use to decrease the risk of theft and loss).
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovakia, United States of America, Vatican, Andorra, San Marino, Monaco, Gibraltar.
Due to unavailability of transport shipments to all other countries are not possible at the moment.

Standard shipping conditions as listed on our website:
We use Swiss Post Priority service for shipping your orders. The following conditions apply:
Domestic shipments to Switzerland and Liechtenstein
2-3 working days , Free of charge shipment for all orders
International shipments to European countries
4- 12 working days, flat rate of 10 EUR applies to each order ,Free shipping offered for for orders above 250 EUR.
International shipments to USA, Canada, Australia, New-Zealand; Japan
4- 15 working days depending on the shipment location*,flat rate of 15 EUR ( around 16.60 USD) applies to each order ,Free shipping offered for for orders above 250 USD.
If you are interested in a quicker method of shipment, it can be organized upon request. The charges for such shipments will be calculated according to the rates of the Swiss post service. For more detailed information about how postage is calculated for shipments please visit:
A Swiss VAT tax rate of 7.7 % is included in our product prices.Please note that local custom duties and VAT charges may apply to shipments outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein upon arrival in the destination country as we do not include non-Swiss VATs in our prices. These charges are out of our scope of control and cannot be prevented and therefore will be covered by the customers.
The products will be shipped within latest 2 business days after the receipt of the payment. In case of a stock out we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss alternative solutions. Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled or adjusted. Any additional costs related to the return of undeliverable shipments due to unavailability of the receiving party will be charged to your account.
In case the shipments are delayed by circumstances not affected by us, such as late delivery of the post, strikes, traffic or other similar causes, the delivery times might be extended. The orders cannot be cancelled due to the delay.
Refund and Return Policy
In case you are not happy with the product you have received you must notify us by email Info@narosib.comabout your wish to return of the item within maximum 14 days of receiving the order.
If 14 calendar days have gone by since your order has arrived and you have not notified us by email about your wish to make a return, unfortunately, we can’t accept the return or offer you a refund. We use double seal poly bags for our shipments from Switzerland. They have two adhesive stripes specially designed for reuse or returns. We recommend reusing these bags for returning the products.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the products before notifying us and receiving our confirmation, otherwise we may not be able to accept the return.
In the unlikely cases where it is proved with sufficient evidence that a return is necessary due to quality defect caused by us, the product is not in a condition to be used by the customer and the return costs are not justifiable then we may consider a refund without return or consider an alternative solution.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging with all the tags and labels attached and in the exact same condition received.
You will need to cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Pease consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return shipment is received and inspected, we will notify you within 2 working days of the approval or rejection of your refund. A partial refund may apply in some cases of ineligible returns.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
